Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance. During the holiday season, we recommend placing orders early to allow sufficient time for delivery. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, as shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands.

Some of our gift boxes contain perishable or homemade food items sourced from local makers. Please review product descriptions carefully for ingredient and allergen information before ordering. Gifted Box is not liable for allergic reactions; customers with food allergies or sensitivities should contact us before ordering if they have questions about ingredients.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and curated nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us at hello@thegiftedbox.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We are unable to issue refunds for reports made after this window.
